Return Shipping Information

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for shipment will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item, we highly advise the item is insured and trackable when shipping services are purchased. We cannot guarantee against loss or damage during transit.

You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to you.

Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping times.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days via Etsy Payments. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for shipment will not be included in your refund.
